Export JSM users and organizations per project

Jira Service Management has no export of who is in which organization for a project. Here’s how to get one.

Atlassian's feature request: JSDCLOUD-6160 — "Export users and organizations per project", open since 2018.

What Jira Service Management gives you

• The project's Customers page lists customers and organizations on screen, but has no export.
• Atlassian Administration can export users, but not per service project, and not with organization membership.
• The REST API can list a project's customers and each organization's members, if you script it.

With Customer Roster

1. Health → Export.
2. Choose one project or the whole site, and what to include.
3. Build the export, then Download customers CSV and Download organizations CSV.

You get a customers CSV (account ID, name, email where visible, account type, active, organizations) and an organizations CSV (organization ID, name, the app's email domains, projects, member count, organization detail fields). Project admins can export their own project, if a Jira admin allows it.
